HCC has grown up from small to broad in scale, from weak to power in strength, and searched progressional sunshine in the process of deploitation and struggle, the company has always been leading the reform way. The success of HCC was due to four developing opportunities.After listed, HCC is developing at very fast speed, but still hidden some latent problems. Herein the most serious are three problems: imperfect managing system, weak core competition, lower profit. There are many reasons for these problems, some are historical , some are external, but the main reasons rest with the enterprise itself.
