Study Of High-tech Industrial Policy In Fujian Province

With the progress of science and technology, hi-tech industry is exerting more and more profound influence on our economy and society. Many countries in the world are depredating this new field to promote its industrialization and rationalization, and to improve its competitiveness through permeating of hi-tech to traditional industry. Thus, the policy of hi-tech industry plays an important role in the development of hi-tech industry. Therefore, we should work out perspicuous strategy and policies to gain competitive advantage and boost the development of economy. So the study on the policies of hi-tech industry has great theoretical and practical significance.By applying theories and methods on systematic scientific ideology, the study of policy, regional economics, industrial economics and so on, this paper analyses theoretically the policies of hi-tech industry and explores running subjects, functions of subjects, coordination between subjects, effect and characteristics of these policies and compares the different characteristics of the policies of hi-tech industry in China and in other countries. Based on the investigation on more than 30 enterprises and questionnaire research on more than 300 enterprises, this paper also analyses the problems and causes arising in carrying out the policies of hi-tech industry in Fujian Province and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on perfecting them.
