Study On Government Management Of Tea Industry Development In A City Of Fujian Province

In this paper,the innovation of government management services for the development of tea industry is the core issue,through reviewing a large number of literature,in-depth investigation,statiscally analyzing the existing data and interviewing with experts and government officials and other methods,the author studied the management of the government for the tea industry in city A in Fujian province,by using the public management theory,the author came to a conclusion that the government should strengthen and improve the management,abandon the mode of thinking of small bussiness,focus on the development of large industry,get rid of the government is activity in disorder and laziness,play the properly role of the government by providing multi-aspect,multi-channel services for the local enterprises,not pay attention to the government management only,and ignore the provistion of public services.And A city government management in the development of tea industry management role,the lack of government administration behavior,public brand construction to be normative,scientific research and technology investment insufficiency,the absence of government supervision and public service platform construction is not perfect and so on main problem,proposed to improve the government management mechanism,strengthen the supervision and management of government,government management mode innovation play the positive role of government,strengthen the public brand management,strengthen and optimize public service six suggestions.From the perspective of brand building and the government setting up stage for enterprises to play on,this paper comprehensivly analyzes the government and competent authorities how to lead the tea enterprices to break the former thinking,to seek the innovation and development,to run,analise,and study the tea business an a large industry,and actively explore the developing way;and the government management how to play the best rolr to encourage,guide and support the tea industry to open up the market,to promote the development and set up the brand.This paper provides certain reference for the above aspects,and also provide some reference experience for other types of enterprises besides tea enterprises from the perspective and helps the government and enterprise to set the most appropriate positioning in the local economy and social development.
