The factor of population is not so good, for the literacy of agriculture is low, human resources of agriculture science is in short. As the factor of economy is concerned, with the strategic transformation of agriculture industrial structure, the supply of green food is in not problem and the market demand is large, but the food processing industry is lagged. The science and technology factor, its base has been founded and it has been endowed a good opportunity to develop, however, the technology is still in low level and cannot satisfy the need. The factor of nature is comparatively good, for nature environment is in good condition and there are abundant characteristic nature resources, but deterioration is taking place in some sections and frequent nature hazards also make a threat. The factor of policy, government pay high premium to the development of green food and has given much support, but investment environment is lack of attraction. The factor of innovation is not ideal, for the capacity of innovation is very limited.The policy system for the development of green food industry in Fujian province. It includes industrial organization policy, industrial structure policy, industrial distribution policy and industrial technology policy.
