Hebei Oil Products Company, The Primary Retail Unit Distribution System Reform To Explore

First this paper made a deep survey on the internal distribution in gas station of Hebei oil company, and acquire a large number of fundamental data. Second this paper discussed the salary function in theory and tried to direct distribution system using the modern incentive theory. Third, this paper analyzed prevailing organization structure of enterprise, material flow and money flow procedure, and compared the advanced distribution system of internal basal retailing unit with the distribution system of abroad refined petroleum product retailing terminal on labor, management system, incentive and distribution system. Then, this paper prepared the specified implementing method of distribution system of basal retailing unit of Hebei Oil Company.In addition this paper made partial research on Hebei Oil company's integration of city and county model and made SWOT analysis to the labor, distribution system of integrated basal retailing unit, and last, this paper put forward suggested implementing steps of distribution system of basal retailing unit.
