Due to gradual formation of buyer' s market, the competition becomes keen. Enterprises have to bear higher pressure to scheme for their survival and development. Undoubtedly, an effective way to avoid risk and increase competitive power is low-cost expansion and grouping. However, whether the expect ive effect can be achieved or not depends on whether the organic orgonization of production factors can make the management to acquire the maximum advantage and give full play to production capacity. This paper attempts to take three factories who are closely related and mutually supported as object of study, with the help of a series of economic analytical methods, discusses how to tap the latent power of production and management to the maximum through optimizing internal factors of production and reasonably adjusting production structure, moreover, how to integrate a highly intensive and intersecting pattern of management by way of applying proper operating style, thus gain integrative optimization.
