Discussion Of The Shortage Of Funds In The Development Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

The small and Medium-Sized Enterprises are playing important role in the national economy. The change of social economic environment is both a kind of chance and a kind of challenge for China's SMEs. One of the most important problems for SMEs is difficult access to credit. The thesis is to find the measures of the problem and provide advice to the government and the managers of SMEs. The thesis firstly analyses the general situations of China's SMEs and show the important position and role of them. Then, it analyses the reasons that bring about the difficult access to credit and the influence of WTO. The thesis focuses on the external measures including establishing the credit guarantee system of SMEs, developing the "Small and Medium-Sized Bank", and so on. At the last part of the thesis, I make some suggestions for SMEs to resolve the problem. This kind of study increasingly has historical and realistic significance to modern China.
