State-owned Enterprise Reform, Research, And Labor Relations Issues

The purpose of the SOE reform of our country is to establish system of modern enterprise, but it is a long-term dynamic course. We should absorb the theory knowledge of drawing lessons from the system that domestic and international enterprises organize, and want abundant attention historical culture and nationality's traditional influence too at the same time, namely should know one's own the past first, one's own historical tradition and cultural inertia, choice and restriction faced oneself. Otherwise, we can not know the developing direction in the future. So to establish system of modern enterprise, we must combine the theory and state-owned enterprise history and carry on system innovation to establish the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics. It is a system changes course that modern enterprises manage the reform of the structure, is that one has social course of the characteristic that" the route relies on". The existing problem tells us from reverse side in managing the structure in our country's existing SOE reform that when we set up valid enterprises and manage the structure, if it does not proceed from national conditions of China, only emphasize the so-called "standardization" and "international practice" excessively, it must be difficult to make the satisfactory result. So, the actual conditions which foundations Chinese enterprise of this text face, on the basis of absorbing the research results of the existing enterprise's theory, is to establish "China's mode" of managing structure of enterprises. Namely the purpose of the reform of our country is not to turn into the pure workforce's owner by the labourer, and to let the labourer obtain the income of capital quality with its manpower. It can ensure the labourer's interests conscientiously to participating in enterprise's managing the institutional way.
