The forth part puts the AVE management ideas into the purchasing management of a enterprise, and introduces the purchasing management in detail with the AVE management ideas. The fifth part analyses the purchasing business's flows of the Yunnan Copper imports and exports company with using it as the case. Furthermore the fifth part analyses and designs detailedly the information system of it using the AVE management ideas.In conclusion, this thesis combines the AVE management ideas and the purchasing management activity. At the same time it brings forward the AVE purchasing management with a innovative idea, and analyses its characters, and presents the infrastructure model of the system and the material technology of it.
