In the 21^st century, economy globalization has become more and more obvious .market state has been converted into buyers market, enterprise management must innovate .Purchasing is the first step of the whole commerce activities, and the efficiency of purchasing is of great importance to an enterprise. In our enterprise practices, especially medium and small sized enterprises management of purchasing link is very weak, which has greatly influenced the whole performance of the enterprise. So the innovation of enterprise purchasing management is imperative.The view of the thesis, from the necessity of researching comes to the meaning of modern purchasing management. This thesis argues that the condition of the medium and small sized enterprises, and the troubles of enterprise purchasing .It comes to a theme that the medium and small sized enterprises must built information system in order to response market change rapidly under the circumstanced of modern running. Thus, enterprise can promote their market competition by the Business Process Reengineering .The thesis is based on a typical medium and small sized manufacturing enterprise of West China ---CX company as the studied background. It introduces the basic conditions of the company, and it also studies the problems which the company need to solve: purchasing conception is out of date; gray purchasing has not been prevented; efficiency of enterprise purchasing is very low, but this link is potential. Based on the system concept, it analyses the interior and exterior circumstances and the whole business flow of company .The thesis studies the purchasing business and analyses the flow characters of the main business, then the article put forward the thinking of the CX company purchasing innovation.
