On the foundation that analyses the profit and fraud which transnational corporation's direct investments bring to host country, this paper explains the controls of the transnational corporation in the laws of the investment on the international law and domestic law to point out the problems which lie in the laws of the investment that our country controls the transnational corporation, and then puts forward some one's own superficial views in revising law that our country is correlated with .This paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter one introduces the transnational corporation briefly. This paper mainly describes the forming of the transnational corporation and the general situation of development within the range of world, and explains the defining, characteristic and law's nature of transnational corporation .Chapter two probes into the investments of transnational corporation and the control with host country's law in detail. The paper makes the penetrating analysis of the pros and cons effects which the transnational corporation's investments lead to the development of the host country, and explains the developed host country and developing host country control the transnational corporation investments with law .Chapter three makes a concrete comment on the international law control of the transnational corporation's investments. The author expounds her viewpoints by commenting on the international law controlof the transnational corporation's investments in the international community at present. And in combination with three new characteristics of the transnational corporation's development, recommends the recent legislative tendency of controlling the international investments-"Multilateral Agreement On Investment" (MAI)'s main content and situation of negotiatings.Chapter four makes a special enquire into our country's law control of the transnational corporation's investments. This article, after analyzing the current situation and problems of the law control of the transnational corporation's investments in our country, makes one's own view on the law control of the transnational corporation's investments in our country .
