| Firstly we simply state some popular theories and methods of technological economical evaluation at abroad. Then emphasize to introduce the concept of economic effects. The project in this paper is a large and important project of Matou Power Plant. We want to analyze the theories and methods of evaluation and to find the success and shortage, finally to offer some suggestions for development of our evaluation. |
