Accordingly, ETDA have become a new growth point in national economy and activated the role of structure arrangement both of area economy and their industry. Under such situation, taking WEDA (Wuhu Economical & Development Area) as the object of study, the author does some empirical analysis and outlines relative un-mature picture of development and planning of WEDA.In particular, firstly, on the basis of the introduction of late broad research on ETDA development and planning, this thesis, by using concerning analytical methods, explores some problems encountered by WEDA development. Secondly, pointing to several different opinions, the author does some necessity research and possibility analysis, then puts forward his own clue aided by some reasons and explanations, to design and project plan of WEDA. Finally, the author brings about some realistic choices about WEDA how to develop further in order to offer some suggestive tactics that WEDA forwards steadily and quickly in the rapid-developing China's economy path. The originality of this thesis lies in the fact that the author organically combines some broad research results with two models that base on those results about ETDA development and applies them to the practical planning of China's ETDA well.
