Diversified Strategic Analysis And Countermeasures

As the development of China's free-market and the establishment China's modern enterprises systems, strategy management is becoming an enterprises systems, strategy management is becoming an important issue in the enterprises' operation management. And it is also a weak link in the dailymanagement. For reasons, especially for the historical reason, China's enterprises have the phenomenon of diversity.
