Wujin Development Strategy

This article is guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and all lines, general and specific policies since the Fifteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It draws lessons from the regional development strategy theories at home and overseas, and links with the practice of Wujin economic and social development, and makes research and probe of regional development strategy, so as to offer advice for being the first to accomplish modernization basically. By way of analyzing present development situation and development condition of Wujin through more points of view and prospecting the macro-environment changing at home and overseas, it studies and puts forward the strategically direction and objective of Wujin economic and social development, expounds the strategic focal points about the three domains of the economic development, town development, social development and the major problem which has to be settled urgently. Lastly, it makes a thorough probe on strategically measure which should be adopted for accomplishing the third step strategically objective of Wujin, and the probes concentrates in three respects which are quickening the steps of reform and opening, strengthening Wujin rising by science and education, going the way of continued development.
