GT Company Supply Chain Incorporate Management Study

With the process of globalization become faster, the competition between enterprises become more and more severe. Today the products produced from different enterprises become more and more alike, so whether the cost is cheaper than competitors and whether the service is better than competitors, all these are the key factors for the company to defeat the competitors. In order to survive, the company has to reduce the cost and impiove the service. For the purpose of reducing the company's internal cost and improving the customer service level, one of the effective solutions is the supply chain management. The coming of information technology age, which is marked with Internet widely used, has brought a solid foundation for the supply chain management implementing.Starting from the theories that are related to the every aspect of the supply chain management, some important theory and concept, which will be used in the thesis, are briefly introduced at the beginning of the thesis, and the current situation and business operation flow in GT Company are outlined in the thesis, and also the problems and difficulties in the supply chain management are pointed out under the current situation. Based on the actual situation, the advantage and disadvantage inside GT Company, and the opportunity and threat outside GT Company are analyzed in the thesis. Then in the thesis it is concluded about how to develop the advantage, how to make use of the opportunity and how to avoid the threat. And the possibility and the success factors about the supply chain management implementing are brought forward.While pointing out the shortage and what has to be improved in the supply chain management in GT Company, a scheme of the supply chain management implementing is put forward in the thesis. When the scheme is carried out, the scheme action plan must be based on the actual situation in order to improve the operation possibility. And in the thesis, the difficulties and problems, which may happened when the scheme is carried out, are studied. So the operation cost will be reduced, and the operation efficiency will be improved in every aspect in the supply chain management.
