This paper analyses why Chinese commercial banks selected the gradual development mode in the process of the intemalization of their marketing. Then the paper suggests a business extension mode for Chinese commercial banks when they are internalizing their marketing, and puts forward the general principle of the business extension, that is "to make subjects be multiform with each of them has its own feature; to differentiate marketing performances when facing different markets". In addition, the paper mentions the basic idea and strategic steps for the internationalization of Chinese commercial banks' marketing. Furthermore, a system of indemnification is designed, that is to adjust the structure of the organization of Chinese commercial banks and to construct a financial regulation system.
