Transnational operation of China's banks is the important part of the strategy of "going out". Because of foreign bank's strong strength, and experienced international operation and transnational management, China's banks will confront serious obstruction and challenge with only more than 20 years' developmental history, if they "go out" rashly. Therefore, the bank should identify its own developmental strategies. With their business concentrating on the traditional international business mainly and just beginning involve financial innovative business and investment banking, China's banks, as the bank of the developing country, have few foreign establishments, and possess no monopolizing advantage. What is the theoretical foundation of their transnational operation strategies? As China's banks' strength are limited, how to make their transnational operation strategies? This thesis just launches in-depth research from the angle of the microcosmic based on these questions.This thesis defines the bank's transnational operation strategy firstly, and puts forward the theory of comparative advantage of the banks transnational operation strategy based on the review of the main proof of the bank's transnational operation strategy of the west. Although without monopoly advantage, the bank can take the comparative advantage as a premise, serving the native customer as the core, expand the overseas market. Secondly, this thesis analyzes transnational development process of China's banks, current question, and their environment and strategic condition. Accordingly, my own opinions about aspects as target market strategy, business expand strategy, finance innovative strategy, scales expand strategy and coordinated reforms of China's banks are offered in this thesis. |
