Reconstruction Of Mergers And Acquisitions, And Industry Organizations

The industrial organization (IO) of China has quite a few drawbacks. If we want to re-construct the IO and make it more competitive under the WTO, we should take advantage of the M&A, which, as a kind of economic conduct, will pay a more and more important role in the world economy. But the general theses we see always analyze the IO and the M&A independently, lack the unity. This dissertation unifies them together after analyzing them, and tries to reach creative conclusions for the IO re-construction from the M&A aspect.The frame of this dissertation can be divided into five parts. The 1st part is "the theory summary of IO and the relationships between the company withdrawn, IO rationalization and M&A." The 2nd part analyzes the reason why standard M&A is difficulty to happen in China. The 3rdl part analyzes the problems of existed M&A. The 4th part describes the effect of M&A to the IO. The 5th part put forwards the suggestions for the rationalization of IO and M&A.
