Entrepreneurs Value Assessment Study

With the establishing and perfecting of our socialism market economic system, the appraisal question of the entrepreneurs' value has been discussed. Firstly, from significance of the appraisal question of entrepreneurs' value in theory and practice, this paper explained the necessity and importance of the question. Secondly, it surveyed existing the concept of entrepreneurs from different angles, then redefined it. Thirdly, the paper expounded the concept and characteristic of the value of entrepreneurs, and discussed the approaches and the factors of them. Fourthly, it discussed the valuation approaches of the entrepreneurs' value, then presented three kinds of the valuation approaches. Lastly, the paper applied the approaches to a case.
