This article's background is in the IT industry, this representative case concentrate to reflect the change of the enterprise in the IT industry supply chain along with the change of the customer's demand. In the early time, the customer's demand is the single product, but today the apply has been put into the primary position by the customer, and then the customer's demand is gradually transferring to the solution of solving the actual problems. In this condition, whether there are some new marketing modes in the IT industry? And what kind of influence has been made to the supply chain of the IT industry?We have analyzed this case in two different aspects-customer oriented and supply chain, value chain. In the course of this analysis, one hand we have researched this case, on the other hand we have had the help of some marketing theories, for example: STP, customer delivered value, supply chain and value chain.By analyzing, in order to fit the change of the customer's demand, "solution marketing" becomes one of the newest marketing modes, and results the entirely change of IT industry's supply chain, gives birth to the new supply order under the environment of the solution marketing of IT industry, the other word is: through the co-operating between the provider, distributor, system integrator vendor of the IT industry, we can produce higher customer value, and have the chance to change the traditional supply chain to value chain, do our best to fulfill the customer's demand, finally live up to the customer-satisfied.
