Enterprise Core Competence Theory And Applied Research

The development of China's economy depends on the development of its firms, which means the firms of China should have core competence. So, the study how to promote an firm's competitiveness is very important.Many theoretic studies and evidences show that to build and development "Core Competence" is the key to promote firm's competitiveness. Whereas Chinese firm has entered the World's 500 Stong, the absence of core competence makes them hardly obtain the advantage in world compete.Those firms include not only the large state owned enterprise, but also the medium and small run by private capital in inside.The article is divided into three chapters, being in the light of advancing the problem, analyzing the problem, and account for the solution of the problem.Firstly, describing the concept of competition ability and core competency, subsequently analyzes the present condition of Chinese firms to nowadays international situation.Secondly, putting forward to lead into the necessity of the core competencies concept and the difficulty of the actual operations in our country business enterprise. Further more, suggesting that it has very large influence and driving action for building core competence if the firm establishes the competition stratagem and study mechanism. Lastly, on the base of the two previous chapters, putting forward some conceives and suggestions about how to increase the enterprise core competencies in our country. On the construction a literary grace takes the top and bottom acts in cooperation, design from the theories with the individual cases analysis method. Seeing from full text, the article establishes in two main lines. One is a clear line, including the concept, character, research and usage of the enterprise core competencies, among them put forth effort to emphasize the competition strategy and study mechanism, which largely contribute to establish and support to the core competence. The other is a dark line, which established on the national and localeconomic environment, competing situation and enterprise present condition. The executive and governor of the Chinese enterprise could fix their own position and welcome the challenge coming from the domestic and the abroad enterprises in numerous and complicated market economic environment, only if they deeply cognize the content of the thorough enterprise core competence, absorb well with draw lessons from the successful experience of the abroad enterprise.
