For Chinese Traditional Medicine Enterprises, the global mainstream of "Back To The Nature " greatly accelerates the development of the botanic drugs market. The five-thousand-year thesaurus of Chinese Traditional Medicine gives the Chinese Traditional Medicine Enterprises the particular competitive advantages to enter into the global market. It is really a historical period for the Chinese Traditional Medicine Enterprises to seize the opportunity to strengthen the particular competitive advantages, extend the market share.Tasly Company, the privately run high-tech medicine enterprise, has achieved the preparatory competitive advantage in this industry during the last nine years. Chapter 4: Use AHP to analyze and evaluate the status of Significant Competitive Advantage, and use marketing -ability- cube to construct new Significant Competitive Advantage, mark out the route of marketing development.
