The outside environment has experienced a dramatic change for Chinese high-tech and machinery&electronic producers since Chin's accession to the WTO in Nov. 2001. On the whole, China has accelerated its pace towards the merging into the world economy, which, in turn, together with the information economy and the fast high-tech technical development, has pushed forward the evolution of the strategy management modality. China's market is always the best reason for TNCs to compete within themselves and with the domestic counterparts. In the high-tech and machinery&electronic fields, the domestic producers have shown more and more competitive advantages with the abundant skillful labour resources among other merit elements in the sense of the classical economy, however, a series of recent incidents, namely, the DVD, digital-camera patent dispute and the router tort suit imposed on the Huawei by Cisco, etc, have somewhat hindered Chinese producers' swift expansion tendency. The author adopts the methodology of empirical case study to analysis the real reason behind the disputes and tries to offer several solutions from diversified perspectives with the utilization of the Game theory. The author goes further to combine the Intellectual Property protection with the competition policy and the fair trade, with a view to standing out the significance of the adoption of national strategy in this regard.
