The Zdl Company Workcell Practices To Improve And Optimize The Study

This thesis sets the research objects on the improvement of work mode in Z. D. L Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. On the basis of the principle of production management, this thesis expounds the establishment of flexiboe manufacturing system to meet the demands of wider varity, small batches, and shorter term of delivery in the new market economy.First,it describes manufacturing background, internal and extranal environment of Z.D. L Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. The influence of manufacturing environment is studied, show clearly that the improvement of product mode is necessry. On the basis of current analysis of manufacturing system, the article put forward the WORKCELL work mode under the circumstance of flexible management.Second, using some subjects such as Production Management ,System Management, Operational Research, Industrial Engineering, ETC; the thsis builds a flexible work mode of enterprise on the basis of Z. D. L Electronic Technology Co. Ltd., it analyses the main factor which construct the WORKCELL work mode , Then, studies varied convertible assembly line under the WORKCELL work mode.Finally, the thesis argues that the renconfiguration resource model is the core of WORKCELL work mode. Concentrating on the modeling of production resource, it introduces the principal of reconfiguration, resource management based on WORKCELL work mode and the establishment of resource model with multi-level sysytem, cell and resource level. Based on this.it isusses the optimization of cost model under WORKCELL work mode. In the end, the thesis has made a scheme of the cost model that can be used in manufacturing sysytem.The WORKCELL work mode develop a new approach to improve manufacturing system. It is the basis of production resource reconfiguration and flexible manufacturing, and maybe provides the enlighten for other companies.
