The Application Of Interactive Mode In The Group Work Of Adaptability Development

Function of family endowment is weakening in China,under the background of home endowment is not mature,institutions play an important role in meet the demand of the elderly endowment,but most of the old man entered the endowment agencies after a few months to a year is easy to have a environment,mood,and social aspects of discomfort.Based on one of the winning project of suzhou venture philanthropy in 2017-"Munianban" project in Suzhou Fuxing Nursing Home,refer to the previous demand research results,a scale of ten people team with interactive mode concept design team activities was be grouped,to help the grouper make further adapting mechanism of living environment,learn to adjust my emotions,to expand the social support network,as well as to trying to build an old man adapting promotion service mocde.In terms of content arrangement,the research background and content of the project are briefly described,and literature review is made on the content,stage,practical experience and evaluation criteria of domestic and foreign institutions.Secondly,the elderly in Fuxing Nursing Home in Suzhou were studied and analyzed on the current situation and requirements of their adaptability,then designed an interactive mode group and work.In the end,the results of the group were evaluated,and the experience and deficiencies in the service were summarized.The Suggestions for the service mode of improving the adaptability of the elderly were put forward.
