The constant operation of an enterprise shall not rely on somebody's intuition. An enterprise leader has to deeply think about and clearly express the mission and the objective of his enterprise. In other words, an enterprise has to have a clear and definite strategy for its development.Unfortunately, most enterprises didn't formulate their development strategy until they encountered difficulties. The right way is to draw up the development strategy at the very first stage of the business foundation. Only in this way, the enterprise can be greatly benefited in its future development.In Chapter 1 of this thesis, the theory of enterprise strategy management, the SWOT analysis mould and its usage are expounded. In Chapter 2, a concrete analysis is done to the outer and inner strategic environment of E-SMART Co.. In Chapter 3, the type of competition strategy for E-SMART is defined, on the base of an analysis to the resources and abilities of E-SMART. In Chapter 4, the mission and the function of E-SMART are further explicated, and the conclusion for E-SMART's development strategy is drawn, which can be briefly summed up as the following:a. Base E-SMART on the fine classified real estate agency market, which focuses on the expatriates housing agency, and insist on the longterm professional operation. The multi-development for the enterprise is not considered.b. Regarding to the concrete daily business, 2 break-through shall be made: The first one is to realize a business development out of Tianjin-to establish branches within 5 years in the major cities where foreign investment are concentrated; Thesecond one is to develop from individual property agency into entire property agency.
