The 21st century would be a new process for the lasting development of our nation's economic construction since the government protrudes the importance of the "Western Development". The travel industry, with the increasingly important role in the people's lives, has become a new economic-growth point and promised a huge economic potential, which would especially supply a convenience and a powerful support for the fast development of the travel industry in Sichuan Province. "We should accelerate the initialization of the west-round route and spread it to the Daocheng & Yading, china's Shangri-La, so as to make it a pride of our province." said Mr. Xuezhong Zhang, the secretary of Sichuan province's committee, in his speech in the Sichuan Province's Travel Development Conference in 2003. Yading's resource level is world-class and it has the advantages to form the monopolization. Through these privileges, it would be built to become a world-wide famous travel site, just like the Jiuzhai Gou and Huanglong, and therefore form the status of "Jiuzhai & Huanglong in north, Daocheng & Yading in south", which would play a leading role in the fast development of Sichuan's travel industry. Leaning on the macro background, the researches of this project are finished. Throughout the attendance of the work of " The Overall Program for the Environmental Travel of Daocheng & Yading Natural Protected Areas" executed by the government of Daocheng county, taking advantage of the related theories of business & enterprises administration, the author, after investing and analyzing the current status of Daocheng & Yading as well as learning about some advanced and successful experiences of the development models in other domestic or international mature travel sites, makes a proper strategic aim for the long-term development of Daocheng & Yading and according to it, works out a new model for the development and construction of Daocheng & Yading. The aim of her researches is to accelerate the development of travel resource in Daocheng & Yading through from which the local travel industry could make a considerable profit. Becoming the leading industry and a new economic-growth point of local economics development, it can facilitate the adjustment for local industry architecture and hasten the overall development of local economics, politics and cultures so as to make itself become the second-pole of Ganzi state's economic growth. The article is divided into 6 chapters. The architecture of the article is shown in following: Chapter one is analysis of macro background Chapter two is analysis of travel site's resource and the strategic environment, draws a conclusion: aim & considerations Chapter three introduces general description of development models Chapter four introduces advices for the development model Connecting with the work experiences of her own, the author, on the basis of large numbers of statistic data, documents and files, takes advantages of the related theories and works out some advices for discussion. Any suggestion and opinions are very much appreciated.
