Investment In Human Capital Risk Research

The problem of human capital investment risk is the important content of humancapital investment theory, and one of the frontier research fields. Through looking back thetheory of human capital investment risk that previous scholars have investigated, I think the effect of human capital investment risk on the human capital investment and production mechanism of human capital investment risk are problems that are provided with theoretical and realistic significance.Firstly this paper explains meaning of human capital investment risk or correlative conceptions, and differentiates the types of human capital investment risks according to investment main body and investment approach. Then, we base our research on expectation utility theory, and lay out a basic model of human capital investment risk, and analyze the effect of human capital investment risk on the investment level concretely in chapter 3. In this model, the paper proves that there are more risks in human capital investment by expectation marginal return ratio of human capital, and compares human capital investment level between in risk and on certainty, and reviews the change of human capital investment level in original fortune rising, market interest rate rising, risk increasing. Last the paper releases the assumptions of the model, discusses the change of human capital investment level in stochastic income, imperfect capital market.In chapter 4, this paper analyzes production mechanism of human capital investment risk through human capital property right theory and information economics, that is mostly property right characteristic of human capital, information imperfection and asymmetric information. Based on this, Chapter 5 brings forward policy advice of eliminating human capital investment risk. At Last, I summarize all the paper, and indicate innovation and shortage.
