Under the circumstances of ever increasing global economic development and economical competition, many economists and researchers discovered from documents and data of example that the effects of economic quality related connotative variations have been playing more and more important roles among the variations of increase in economy and influential factor of sustainable development. Except for those we have already known, the connotative factor revealed by economists is the human capital. As a result, researchers from all over the world have emphasized researches on human capital again since the middle of the 21st. Theory of human capital became a famous school. With the development of human capital, many researchers realized the assets character of human capital. They thought that the concept of human capital's cost , analysis of cost-profit and risk return are very important on evaluating human capital especially in enterprise. With the ever increasing development in our country's economy, the effects of human capital on economy has been already realized by Chinese economists and are gradually becoming key research subjects. Owing to the underdevelopment of human capital market in our country, we found that most of these research mainly focused on nature of human capital and the important influence of human capital exerted on economic development, but few people analyzed how to evaluate the cost and profit of human capital. It becomes the principal problem in human capital research that we have the market without price, investment without output. On the one hand, it had been discussed fully as views from macroeconomic. But on the other hand, few researches had been done as views from microeconomic. Consequently, it is less instructional to enterprise. In this paper, the discussion is based on the general principle of human capital. We think that enterprises are to be the object of research. As views from financial accounting, analysis of investment cost, investment return and investment risk of human capital which is on different modality (namely human capital of owned "current assets" character, human capital of owned "fixed assets", and human capital of owned "invisible assets" character) has been discussed in detail. Meanwhile, some theories and methods which are used in material capital investment are used for reference, including capital time value theory, risk return theory, information asymmetry theory, entrust surrogate theory investment decision-making discounting methods, capital asset pricing model and so on. Researches including canonical analysis, model demonstration, game analysis and example verification have been done on the investment behavior of enterprises in human capital. Consequently, a series of models of human capital have been formulated, such as game model of human capital of owned "current assets" character, floating model of human capital of owned "fixed assets" character, game model of human capital of owned "invisible assets" character and decision-making model of human capital. The establishment of this models is of great theoretical and practical importance not only in the consummation of human capital investment theory but also in keeping and increasing the value of the existing storage of human capital , increasing the quality of human capital and rationalizing the flowage of human capital. In conclude, we will face the pressure to deepen the economic reforms and entering the WTO. With the increasing fierce competition, it is not easy for enterprises to achieve economic development only through material and capital investment, advanced technology and equipment. It is the key force of economic development that the accumulation changed from material to human capital. The highest level of the enterprise's management is to be the thinking which human is the first. The systemic study on human capital will contribute to form scientific encouragement mechanism on human capital.
