Mao Zedong's fighting ideas are the philosophical theoretical conclusions of how the Communist Party of China, in Mao Zedong's Time, led the whole nation into struggling with enemies at home and abroad, correcting the various wrong tendencies within the CPC, understanding the characteristics and roads of Chinese revolution and construction, and answering such questions as "Where China Is Going?" and "How to Construct Socialist China". Basically, the ideas, one of the products of Chinese Marxism philosophy, are dialectical theories aiming at solving the social contradictions of China. By discussing the rich contents of Mao's fighting ideas, the relationship between Mao's fighting ideas and Mao Zedong Philosophy, and the origination and the forming and developing process of Mao's fighting ideas, this thesis tries to evaluate Mao's fighting ideas comprehensively from a philosophical perspective, to reveal and criticize the wrong view regarding Mao Zedong Philosophy as "Fighting Philosophy", and to indicate the contemporary significance of Mao's fighting ideas to Chinese socialist modernization construction.
