Logistics Cost Management Rationalization

Setting about how to excavate the fountainhead of Third-profit and according to the composition of enterprise logistics system ,this paper classifies and analyzes the logistics cost and finds out the problems of logistics management. In the light of these problems, managing the supply logistics system, the production logistics system and marking logistics system of the enterprise logistics system, and improving the information system with the thought of system engineer, the theory of store and linear planning in the operation research ,then designs and programs the rationalization of the common business such as transportation, stock and distribution.
