Xinjiang Highway Construction Investment And Financing Research

This thesis had general mentioned the situation of investment and finance of the highway construction in domestic and abroad ,and based on the situation, to counter the period of "the tenth five year plan" in XINJIANG and the problem of highway construction that will be faced in 2010, this thesis had analyzed the following aspects: the characters of construction in XINJIANG during " the tenth five year plan", the requirement and source of fund, the adaptation of all kinds of finance way in construction. Based on the above aspects analysis, so thesis pointed out the way to solute the fund's gap and supplied the concerned policy, measure and advice for the construction during period of "the tenth five year plan". At the same time, it not only provided many available idea and thinking to reform the system of highway finance, but also had laid a foundation to accelerate the step of western development and highway construction.
