In order to quicken the step of information and enliven the market of the house property and improve the level of management of the house property in Hangzhou , Hangzhou estate bureau looks far ahead and aims high to begin to set about opening up the Hangzhou Real-estate Information System(HZRIS) under the technological containment of Beijing Super Map GIS Technologies. Inc. in 2002.3. The system includes many subsystems such as JYCQ subsystem, SCC subsystem, WYC subsystem, FGB subsystem and so on. Among them, JYCQ subsystem is the kernel subsystem. The thesis expounds the course comprehensively and detailedly from the actually of the research of the Information Systems of the Management of the House Property and the meaning of the research of JYCQ subsystem, the technological route and the pivotal technology of the JYCQ subsystem , the organic setting and the operationalsurvey of the JYCQ subsystem, the analysis of the business of the JYCQ subsystem to the realization of the JYCQ subsystem. Further more, the thesis emphasized the realization of the subsystem. Because of the analogy of the business, the research and the exploitive of the subsystem have a referenced function to some extent not only to the research and the exploiture of the whole management system, but also to the construct of the research of the Information Systems of the Management of the House Property in other cities of our motherland.The breakthroughs in this thesis lie in the following aspects: Applying the pattern of workflow management to design and realize the business, the technology of the Real time share database, the application of the technology of GIS, the system has the function of the user defined and flexible query stat, the system realized the coordinated work and handling official business work on net in the whole bureau and between departments, the thesis realized a reasonable way in the exploiture of JYCQ_SYSTEM. |
