Research On Quality Evaluation Of Police Service Based On Competition Oriented Law

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,social management is facing severe challenges.The people's demand for public security and social services is increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for public security organs in maintaining stability,cracking down on crime and serving the masses.In order to adapt to the new situation and situation of the current society,Shijiazhuang Public Security Bureau has carried out the police reform,that is,110 comprehensive police service stations have been established in the downtown districts and key parts of the city.Over the past six years,the comprehensive police service station has made great achievements and exposed many problems.Taking Shijiazhuang Xinhua District Comprehensive Police Service Station as an example,this paper evaluates the quality of police service based on the competition-oriented method.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant theories of service and service quality,and introduces some relevant research methods of service quality evaluation,and introduces the related research review at home and abroad;secondly,it analyzes and studies the current situation and problems of Shijiazhuang comprehensive police service station;then it takes LIKERT SCALE as the scale basis,combining with Dangdang.The former police station established a service quality evaluation system,and based on the competition-oriented method for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of police service;finally,Shijiazhuang comprehensive police service station and Xinhua District comprehensive police service station as the research object,conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis,so as to obtain Shijiazhuang Xinhua District police station service.On the basis of investigation and research,this paper,based on the actual situation and the relevant measures taken by the police service system at this stage,combines the quality evaluation system,uses objective research methods,and draws relevant conclusions.It has certain reference significance and reference significance for the reform of the comprehensive police service station in Xinhua District.
