China's Western Region Development Of Private Enterprises

The development of private enterprises in the west of China will promote local economic and social development and the implementation of the "Developing the west" blueprint, and therefore plays a critical role in optimizing the industrial and organizational structure in the west. Thus, the exploration of this issue is to impose profound influence on the society.The issue of the development of private enterprises in the west involves a variety of factors. The thesis makes efforts to discuss in a logical way the following four aspects in the light of the internal condition and the external environment of the private enterprises development. The first part sums up the implications and characteristics of private enterprises, lists the important functions they perform in developing the west, and points out the necessity and significance of undergoing the program. The second part depicts the current situation of the private enterprise development in the west from three perspectives, namely, the overall situation, the current problems and the major determinants. Stress is laid on the internal factors and external environment. The third part presents a general concept of the private enterprise development in the west. This part explores the new trends, strategic decisions and strategic missions in developing private enterprises. The fourth part is focused on the construction of a positive external environment for the better development of private enterprises. In order to construct a satisfying environment, new methods and new concepts must be adopted with an open mentality; national legislative protection must be reinforced; the executive function of governmental management and service must be strengthened; and the investment and circulation necessary funds environment must be ameliorated.
