There are the introduction of background, the current status of China Cell Phone market, competition and analysis the strategy between domestic and international phone makers and the result and suggestion.Based on the Management Theory and Enterprise Strategy management exoteric, I mainly introduced the different marketing competition strategy among the primary phone makes in China Market, like Motorola, Nokia, Bird, Kejian, TCL and the some phone manufacture from Japan and Korea. Through the deeply analysis, I point out the main trammels that limit the fast development of domestic phone makers, which are the quantity, price, innovation and development model, and provide some suggestion to solve the above problem, for example, enhance technical innovation, extent the international market, take good chance to do OEM for foreign design house and advance our own strength at same time.So we can conclude that whether the China product can win this competition or not, mainly depends on its own capability, including differentia, cost leadership, time respond, especially well-ordered arrangement.
