In pace with fast growing of the domestic manufacturing industry, a brand new industry conies into being, it targets on providing advanced industrial facilities and warehousing equipment to modern manufacturing industry, in attempt to strengthen running chain of production management. Northeast china, as the most important industrial base, desires enormously for such services. Besides, badly demand and high profit attract more and more cooperation entering this market, competition becomes much drastic. As an integrated provider of logistic services and a manufacturer of industrial and warehousing equipment, Everwell Dalian Branch develops itself from an entrant to a leading position at northeast market only in a few years. At this stage, it is very crucial to make the best marketing strategy based on its current sources and advantages, it is obviously of much importance to Everwell's future development.According to the relative theory, through making study of market situation, through analysing Everwell's product, technology, selling ability and brand, as well as Everwell 's present advantages, disadvantages, opportunity and menace to face, we finally make out the target and marketing strategy for Everwell.Through SWOT method, this thesis's view is to rely on distinction strategy for Everwell to gain its share in Northeast china market, and aim at Mobile Corporations for profit. To achieve this, Everwell should promote its products to high quality and proper price, furthermore, to build professional image, make out corresponding market combinatorial strategy to achieve Everwell's long-term goal.
