After Chinese government's series of revolution for telecommunication industry, China's telecommunication operators are facing up to the very hard market competition. Furthermore, according to the request of WTO, foreign telecommunication companies will enter into the Chinese market step by step. Therefore, it is a key subject for our domestic tele-companies that how to use the opportunity, meet the challenge and to compete with the rivals From this point, this essay deeply studies the CNC(china network communications)'s market environment and its competitive strategy. The essay also deeply researches the domestic and international telecommunication market of the next fives years. With these information and scientific analyses ,author offers eight suggestions for CNC's future strategy.The essay also inspected and analyzed the marketing strategy of Tianjin Communications Corporation. Based on the fully understanding, analyzing and forecasting of Tianjin area, author gave six suggestions for the company's marketing management in the future.In the process of strategy study, the essay used SWOT and BCG. In research of marketing management , 4Ps theory was utilized. The essay especially made innovative research in service strategy and customer psychology.
