Engineering Project Risk Analysis And Risk Management

In a way of the combination of positive study and normative study, this paper introduces the elementary concepts of risk and construction project risk. It is based on the development of risk in China and foreign and the construction project's characteristic. Then, by means of system analysis, the paper discusses the elements of a construction project. It is from construction project risk's source, main body, effect for purpose, the reason, generant modality, and so on. The comprehensive risk management is divided into risk analysis and risk management in this paper. In the risk analysis, based on the presentation on the risk identification's method, risk evaluation's content, risk estimate's aim, risk step of evaluate, risk technique for opinion and risk the means are researched. In risk management, they are investigated programming viscera of construction project risk, prevention matter about construction project risk, way and occasion to risk supervision and control. The thoughts and techniques to implement successfully in construction project risk management are showed in the paper. Finally a practice case study is offered: the cost risk analysis of construction project in expressway engineering. Appropriate measures have been taken to risk management and the cost risk supervision and control is adopted.
