Sichuan Petroleum Gas Field Natural Gas Business Integration Strategy Analysis

To meet the demands of energy sources, the output of Chinese energy industries in 2020 has to be 4 times than that of today. with the rapidly development of the demands for high quality energy sources, brings the high speed increases of the demands to crude oil & natural gas ,which can be used not only as a kind of high grade fuels in liquid but also as a kind of raw materials in chemical-industry. As an subordinate company of PetroChina, although Chuanzhong oil & gas mines has the dominant competitive force in natural gas exploration, production and sale in the middle area of Sichuan, it's reserved source of natural gas still has not been well prepared to the new tendency of natural gas market. The mainly research purpose of this paper is focused on the analyses of the necessities and the possibilities of the integrative strategy and the integrative strategy itself in operation of natural gas, based on current situation of natural gas exploration and development and marketing development in Chuanzhong oil & gas mines. Descriptions about the background of this paper and the mainly research methods are provided in chapter one, and so that for the frame and purpose of this article. To help the readers understanding this paper, chapter two introduces the status quo of Chinese natural gas industry; analyzes the meaning and effect of natural gas exploration, and the importance of natural gas to economic development, industrial development. The conditions of natural gas exploration and development in Chuanzhong oil & gas mines, the research object of this article, is stated in Chapter three. The correlation factors which would influence the integrative strategy to bring into effect have been analyzed in Chapter four in terms of the necessities and possibilities of carrying on the integrative strategy in operation of natural gas. And so that of the disadvantages have been explained to realize the strategy in this chapter too. Chapter five constructs a kind of the integrative strategy in the natural gas operation in Chuanzhong oil & gas mines. The first is exploration strategy of natural gas, such as strategic goal, implemented strategy, technical measures. The second is natural gas exploitation strategy, including strategy content, implementation, technical measures, primary focus in gas-oil development. Market strategy with well natural gas market status, put forward to developing civil use market, industrial market, CNG market and small fertilizer market, related measures to each strategy have been proposed in the last part.
