| The motorcycle industry of our country develops rapidly. In 1993, the output of motorcycle is 3,351, 000, leapt to the first place in the world for the first time, and keep unchanged to date. The development of motorcycle industry, play a certain role in the development of .national economy, it has driven the development of spare parts enterprise of motorcycle of our country, at the same time, it also has driven the development of raw materials industry and relevant industry. Now, our country has already become a deserving mass motorcycle manufacturing country, but not entirely a powerful motorcycle manufacturing country. Then, whether on earth our country possesses the integration capability to make the motorcycle industry strong, if we possess the relevant ability, how can we make it strong, these are the exact purposes that the author writes this thesis.The thesis adopted two kinds of methods of comparative analysis and "diamond model" analyses, the former lays particular emphasis on the micro static angle, the latter lays particular emphasis on the macroscopically dynamic angle, firstly, use the comparative and analytical method to static compare motorcycle industrial development level and competitiveness of our country on different aspects and different angles; and then use the analytical method of" diamond model ", analyze these production factor on profound level, demand condition, relevant and supporting, these four key factors of industry and the government factor. These are the focal point of this thesis and also the innovative of this thesis.On the basis of the above analysis, summarize our country motorcycle competition dominance, inferior position and existing problem of industry, and set forth the countermeasure and suggestion to strengthen the competitiveness of China motorcycle industry. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward against the three aspects of government, industry union and enterprise, try to accord with the objective request of the market economy. |
