The thesis designates a whole set of project of strategy performance objects based on the masterstroke composed of the four latitudes of finance customers flow study and creation, innovating the current assessment system of the affiliated company and providing a way of design for the group to set up the strategy oriented system of performance objects assessment. This way of design is used to generalize experiments of the partial phases of strategy performance assessment project.The Balanced Scorecard is an advanced and rising management instrument to most of the Chinese enterprises.
