Anshan Curda Julong Group was established in 1995, which is one of the main suppliers and manufacturers of financial equipment in China and supplies several series including the banknote banding machine, automatic bundle machine, banknote counting machine with anti-counterfeit function, medical equipment, network instrument and so on. The Certificate of IS09001 was obtained since 1999. But this is far from being enough. For this reason, this text launches research around company's quality management.The full text divides into five parts altogether. The first part introduces company's overview and research background, puts forward the question should be described. The second part introduces the management theory of quality, including the historical development, modern quality management theory and the contents of Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA). The third part analyses company's present quality management situation using the quality control model offered by MBNQA. The fourth part combines company's quality management current situation, draws advanced total quality management, puts forward and establishes customer's satisfactory quality strategy, pursues the total quality management, and strengthens quality cultural construction. The last part makes the conclusion that the company will improve its quality management.I hope that this research will contribute to improve the quality management level of the company, promote the competitiveness of the company and also realize the continued rapid growth of the company.
