Petrochemical industry is one of the important fields of our country, it is very important to our country's economic development. The projects of petrochemical industry, in the world, are larger, more complex in technique, more cost and more resource needed than over. Under unbalanced condition of capability in supply and demand of petrochemical products between countries, the market competition must be crueler and crueler. Corporations have to face more and more risk. Thus, the research on risk evaluation and management of petrochemical projects' construction is very important now and in the future.The project of QILU ETHYLENE is the mostly important project of QILU Petrochemical Corporation in the tenth Five Years Plan. It is also the mostly important project of China Petroleum & chemical Corporation. It is good for the structure optimizing, the corporation's development, and local economic. This article proposes the risk analysis, and risk evaluation & estimate of the project of QILU ETHYLENE based on the theory of risk management and offer the mode of risk management about the project .The article is mainly for the project but it also can be used in some others projects. So, this article is important to tile risk analysis of projects on field of petrochemical industry, too.
