Project Risk Management In Software Companies In The Small-scale Study

This paper is to describe the meaning and the current situations of project risk management. By analyzing the concept and characteristic of risk, project and project management, it introduces the concept of project risk and project risk management, discusses the procedure of project risk management and illuminates emphatically the principle and method of project risk identification and analysis. It puts forward the concept and the calculation formula of the theorem of comprehensive risk analysis value in project risk analysis. The characteristic of this paper is to integrate practical experience into the theory analysis. It analyzes in detail the project risk inducement and consequence about a small-scale software enterprises, deduces the model for project risk discerning about a small-scale software enterprises and offers reference about project risk analysis to the enterprises of the same type. At the end of this paper, the project risk has been analyzed completely and comprehensively based on the All-purpose Card project of a small-scale software enterprise. Based on the research above, the purpose of this paper is to define the importance of project risk management that cannot be ignored. We hope that project risk management can be fully paid attention to in the practical work.
