Laiwu Icbc Organizational Change Research

Through expounding the current organization management of industrial and commercial bank of china Lai Wu branch, the author of this thesis analyses the problem existing in the organization management of ICBC Lai Wu Br.. Based on the situation of banking competition after entering WTO and the request of information technology developing, we can conclude the necessity and feasibility for organization reformation. Therefore, on the basis of the related theories of organization reformation and the actual situation of ICBC Lai Wu Br. we refer to the experience of foreign commercial banks and conceive the organization management mode according to the actual practicality of ICBC Lai Wu Br.. Through investigating, we can find that organization reformation comprises updating of organization structure, reforging of business flow and establishing of corporation culture, and that information technology is the direct motivity of organization reformation.The Lai Wu is in the centre of SHANDONG province, it's economic situation is get behind. So the ICBC Lai Wu Branch has many problem in the organization management. For example, the organization overstaff, the people is irresponsible for, culture is obdurate etc. As result, what is very important to the ICBC Lai Wu Branch to improve her strength is that build the modern bank system quickly and practice the reformation mightiness.The mode of organization management proposed by the author is to aim at the situation of ICBC Lai Wu Br. and reform from four aspects, namely, reforging business flow based on information technology, constituting perfect client manager system, establishing compressed organization structure, and erecting corporation culture based on human being, which made it more scientific, more reasonable and more efficient. At the same tune, the mode will also offer a reference for other banks.
