E-government Culture:the Research Of Connotation And Development Strategy

It is shown that E-government Culture has already taken shape based on our country’s stable consciousness and action which have undergone long-time development and becoming more mature. So,we must deeply understand the connotation,characters,framework,Contents of the new form of culture. In addition,researching and discussing the specific strategies of developing culture,which can be helped to supply the culture’s support and environment’ guarantee of E-government’s development.This thesis starts from the work on the connotation of e-government culture. Besides, it dwells on the purposes and values of this study,with a brief description of literature review,research methods and Innovation. Then through the literature analysis and reflection on practice,this paper put forward the definition,characteristics significance and stages of e-government culture for the first time. In the third part,the writer systematically analyzed e-government culture’s macro-structure and micro-structure by cultural deconstruction method and made a comprehensive interpretation of the contents of each part.In the4th part, given the significant impact and new cultural identity of e-government culture,this paper also proposed a number of strategies to promote the breeding and growth of e-government culture. Finally,the thesis comes to the conclusion that e-government culture is the rational meeting points between technology culture and administrative culture. And we need to continue to take the corresponding countermeasure to strengthen and improve the construction of e-government culture.
