Modern human capital theory refers to the intelligence and skill of employee are important parts of human resource's of human resource and the best way of capital investment. The cost of training in enterprises is actually long human resource capital transformed from short financial capacity by these businesses that will bring huge benefits for them. The aim of managing employees is to provide right human in right time for the company and to let them work at their best. To choice and use right man, then develop them and let them stay is the basic work that should often be realized by developing them. Nowadays, employees think that developing and training them is the best welfare in many companies. Evidently, the main work of managing employees is related to training and the ability of training employees is one of the key capabilities in a company. With the entrance of foreign businesses, more and more managers of enterprise become to realize that human resource mainly comes from the development of inner human resource and training of employees is the main means. However, they find it isn't realistic when they use it, especially in private enterprises. This essay analyses the training situation on Hui Yuan Company and finds out the problem of the company. At the same time, it will give us some reforming plan at the base of the advanced management of foreign companies. At last, it can help train system and change our opinions.It consists of five chapters: chapter1, environment at home and abroad, introduces the training in China and abroad. Chapter 2, the background of company, introduces training statement of the Hui Yuan Company. Chapter3, the relative theory and solving project, gives some advanced advices. Chapter4, effective training, discusses how to make training more effective. The last chapter is the development of the training theory.
