With deepening reform of public sector in China, the public sector human resourcemanagement is also put forward new requirements, social have more and more high qualityrequirements to the management of public sector. The human resources of public sector trainingcan improve the overall quality of the public sector human resources and capabilities. As animportant part of the state administrative personnel,the public sector human resource team inethnic minority areas shoulder the task of the construction and development of minority areas.Only constantly improved the ability and quality minority areas in the public sector of humanresources, it could be better serve the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas.This article system elaborated the theoretical framework of the human resources training ofpublic sector, and combine ethnic minority areas in the public sector human resources trainingcourse in Yunnan province,with the questionnaire,to fan out from point to area objective analysisthe public sector human resources present situation of honghe hani and yi autonomous prefecture,yunnan province, for solving the ethnic minority areas current main problems of public sectorhuman resources training, puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions. This paper,combining the characteristics of the ethnic minority areas, strengthen the public sector humanresources training pertinence and practicability, break traditional in the form of political theorytraining, introducing the theory of minority areas ethnic folk, ethnic, national policy research andadvocate special topical, discussion and experiential training methods, such as type, bilingualeducation to develop the remote training. Perfect training management mechanism, establish thecredit management system, optimize the training content, methods, and teaching, all-roundimproving public sector human resource quality and ability, improve the administrative efficiencyof ethnic minority areas in the public sector, the political and economic in ethnic minority region,the development of social science.
